Job description

• Lead and facilitate workshops and cross‑functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches.
• Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and validate AI model readiness.
• Familiar with associative data modeling, predictive &text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use‑case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories, etc.
• Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Derive actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making and AI model development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data readiness and integration.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and innovative strategy for wholesale banking (across Payments, Trade, Credit Management and Operational Productivity).
