Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI & Data Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. You will work closely with stakeholders, data teams, and architects to define requirements, evaluate feasibility, and drive the implementation of AI-driven and data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and maintain the AI/GenAI and Data capability roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Champion AI adoption across business units with clear value propositions.
• Lead requirement discussions, documentation, and validation for AI/Data initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to shape solution design.
• Identify and evaluate high-impact AI/Data use cases.
• Support prototyping of chatbots, predictive models, automation workflows, and more.
• Advise on tools such as MS OpenAI, Azure AI, Power Platform, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
• Partner with risk/compliance teams to assess and mitigate AI-related risks.
• Develop training, run workshops, and support change management for AI adoption.
• Monitor solution performance and business impact.
• Support post-implementation reviews and drive ongoing enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of business analysis, solution design, or product management experience.
• 3+ years working with AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, or predictive analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) and enterprise AI tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, basic Python, Azure or AWS.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Experience leading workshops and cross-functional teams.
• Background in regulated industries (e.g., banking) is an advantage.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
