In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering on-site technical support, maintenance, and repairs for our equipment and systems. - Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Must have Valid Class 3 Driving licence.
- Secondary School / ITE
- Some experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
