Qualifications

• Min 3 years working experience in Engineering (Technician) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in home/office networking, telecommunications, or green technology industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation and maintenance onsite support for telecom networks.
• Follow safety procedures as per work health and safety act.
• Achieve service excellence meeting SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete tasks.
• Timely update of workflow systems for maintenance and faults.

Make an Impact by:

• Responsible for the installation and maintenance onsite support of Singtel domestic copper and fibre transmission network and service
• Following safety procedure in accordance with the work health and safety act (WHSA) and to use appropriate safety equipment to complete the assigned job efficiently and safely
• To achieve service excellence in meeting the SLA requirements for delivery and restorations according to our product guidelines and customer contract
• Collaboration and Co-operations with various stakeholder (eg GOSA, TAC, support teams) and customers to complete the task assign to you in the shortest possible time
• Timely update of delivery workflow system and ticketing system for daily work orders, fault clearing and routine maintenance purpose

Skills for Success:

• Min qualification ITE/Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years working experience in Engineering (Technician) or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the home/office networking, telecommunications, or green technology industry.
• Good understanding of the technical knowledge in data communication (wired, wireless), internet security and home automation.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
• Have a passion for customer service and possess customer handling skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
