Job summary

Responsibilities
- Support procurement strategies and propose initiatives with business stakeholders.
- Assist in managing procurement contracts from quotation to purchase.
- Review purchase orders and tender terms to mitigate risks.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with policies.
Skills
- Support procurement strategies and propose initiatives with business stakeholders
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Assist in managing procurement contracts from quotation to final purchase
- Support development and maintenance of procurement policies, processes, and templates (e.g., RFQ, RFP)
- Manage RFQ and RFP activities and ensure POs comply with procurement policy
- Maintain data for cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario planning
- Assess and mitigate procurement risks
- Source and collaborate with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Review purchase orders, quotations, and tender terms to identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks
- Highlight incomplete items and ensure timely follow‑ups
- Obtain necessary approvals for non-standard contract terms
- Lead contract negotiations and propose amendments to reduce business risk
- Ensure contract management processes are followed and contracts are accurately recorded in the database
