Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Business Development Manager plays a key role in supporting the department leadership and collaborating with service leads to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations of the business unit. You will contribute to BD efforts and operational coordination by engaging both internal and external stakeholders. This includes planning and executing strategies to expand service support to primary healthcare partners such as community / GP clinics and long‑term care facilities.

  • Support department leadership in developing and implementing initiatives and projects aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with service leads to develop, execute, and maintain outreach and marketing efforts for the business unit.
  • Manage and respond to feedback from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide administrative and project support for business development activities in partnership with operational and clinical teams.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the business unit’s online presence (intranet and internet), including content updates and improvement actions based on user feedback.
  • Administer and maintain new and existing service contracts with internal and external partners, including coordination with legal teams on terms and conditions.
  • Drive effective communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information and updates affecting operational workflows.
  • Undertake additional assignments, projects, or duties as delegated by department leadership.
Key Requirements
  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Administration or related fields.
  • Min. 2-3 years experience in project coordination and administrative experience in BD or sales roles.
