Join Our Team as a Vending Admin Assistant!

Well-Established Company | Salary: $2,200 + Performance Bonuses | Location: Redhill (5 mins walk from Redhill MRT)

About the RoleBe part of our dynamic vending machine business and help drive our growth in Singapore’s exciting F&B industry! As a Admin Assistant, you’ll:

  • Manage and respond to general and administrative email accounts; attend to sales, customer, and general inquiries.
  • Attend to and follow up on customer hotline complaints; maintain up-to-date customer contracts and records.
  • Update records for sales, sandwich disposals, and petty cash.
  • Prepare summaries and audit reports.
  • Prepare reports for price differences or target differences, communicate relevant information to customers, and prepare invoices.
  • Prepare commission payable details as per contracts.
  • Handle cash counting (notes and coins) and cash-related responsibilities.
  • Update maintenance records as provided by the Operations Manager and Technician.
  • Manage weekly checking of GPS systems for all company vehicles.
  • Conduct weekly vehicle inspections.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
