About the RoleBe part of our dynamic vending machine business and help drive our growth in Singapore’s exciting F&B industry! As a Admin Assistant, you’ll:
- Manage and respond to general and administrative email accounts; attend to sales, customer, and general inquiries.
- Attend to and follow up on customer hotline complaints; maintain up-to-date customer contracts and records.
- Update records for sales, sandwich disposals, and petty cash.
- Prepare summaries and audit reports.
- Prepare reports for price differences or target differences, communicate relevant information to customers, and prepare invoices.
- Prepare commission payable details as per contracts.
- Handle cash counting (notes and coins) and cash-related responsibilities.
- Update maintenance records as provided by the Operations Manager and Technician.
- Manage weekly checking of GPS systems for all company vehicles.
- Conduct weekly vehicle inspections.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or higher.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and calculations, especially for reporting purposes.
- Organized, able to multitask, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and eager to learn.
- Able to start soon (flexible notice periods welcome).
- Female candidates preferred.
