Responsibilities
Receive and process procurement requests, create and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely, quality, and quantity-compliant deliveries.
Assist in the drafting and archiving of procurement contracts, and promptly follow up on order reconciliation and settlement to ensure accounting accuracy.
Handle incoming material anomalies, coordinate with suppliers for resolution, and assist in addressing customer after-sales issues.
Proficiently operate ERP systems to update logistics information and order statuses in a timely manner.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
At least 1 year experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a related role; experience in the communication or electronic technology industry is advantageous.
Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin; ability to operate Chinese-language systems.
Familiarity with ERP system operations and strong data processing capabilities.
