A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage office reception and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating travel and logistics for senior leaders, ensuring professional interactions with all stakeholders, and more. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong organizational skills.
Job Duties:
Provide Front Desk Reception duties for the office by managing internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor office supplies, place supply orders when necessary
Monitor and log office expenses and costs
Provides administrative support for senior leaders mainly being responsible for coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, expense processing, coordinating logistics for visiting global management
Liaise with travel management companies to coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements and hotel reservations for domestic and international trips; application for visas;
Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Minimum 1 years and above experience in administrative/secretarial/receptionist experience
