• Coordinate delivery with 3PL and prepare delivery notices.
• Monitor costs and performance of 3PL providers.

Job description

Job Description:

• Attend to sales/order enquiry
• Receive, process and plan toll blending orders
• Issue blending notice
• Coordinate with 3PL on delivery of finished goods to destinations and/or customer vessels
• Prepare and issue delivery notices and invoices
• Handle and manage shipping document (including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc)
• Monitor and coordinate supply/purchase of raw materials
• Coordinate and arrange import/export of raw materials/finished goods
• Prepare monthly and yearly sales report(s) on customers
• Monitor costs and performance of 3PL providers
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business studies/administration or equivalent.
• At least 1-2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
• Basic computing skills, Good communication skills.
