  • Mon – Fri (office hours events)

  • Candidates with 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for a Manager role.

About the role

Our client in the B2B event sector is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Event Manager or Event Manager to join their team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events, conferences, seminars and etc.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Assistant/ Event Manager in all aspects of event coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and event logistics

  • Support the development and implementation of event marketing and promotional strategies

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and attendees to ensure seamless event delivery

  • Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

  • Collect and analyse event data and feedback to identify areas for improvement

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of event planning processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 2 years of experience in event planning & management or a related field

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
