Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented logistics & supply chain executive to manage day-to-day and optimize supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with stakeholders, and improving systems and processes.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Perform day-to-day logistics & supply chain transactions
  2. Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, such as subcontractors, planners, and third-party service providers
  3. Assist the Hub team with warehouse operations topics and activities, from OSAT to Receiving Hub
  4. Monitor and follow up on issues/complaints until resolution (book-in to GR/Put away) and identify root causes for permanent solutions
  5. Support warehouse and system integration projects
  6. Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements in systems & processes
  7. Generate and prepare weekly KPI performance reviews with logistics management and planners
  8. Create regular and ad-hoc reports to support operations, monitoring, and analysis
  9. Coordinate and provide backup support for other locations' OSAT receiving hubs globally

Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by your supervisor.

Your Profile

You are suited for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related freight & warehouse management experience
  • Self-driven, committed to leadership, and a good team player
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and meticulous
  • Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of Tableau or dashboards is an advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese/Japanese to liaise with Chinese/Japanese speaking suppliers and counterparts

This is a 1-year contract under a third-party payroll partner, with benefits according to the partner company.
