Location: Singapore | Reports to: Head of Information and Techology
Objective: Translate business objectives into fit-for-purpose technology solutions, driving end-to-end delivery—from discovery to post‑go‑live support—while spearheading the organization’s digital‑transformation roadmap.
· Gather, analyze and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage the scope of project.
· Produce and maintain artefacts (BRD, gap list, user stories, data/process maps, meeting minutes).
· Analyse “as‑is” processes, design “to‑be” models and recommend optimisation or automation opportunities (Lean / BPMN).
· Evaluate feasibility, effort and ROI of solution options; advise stakeholders on scope trade‑offs.
· Plan and manage BA tasks across the full SDLC, using Azure DevOps/Jira or equivalent to track progress.
· Coordinate vendors and internal teams to hit scope, schedule and quality targets.
· Drive defect triage, UAT and production cut‑over.
· Configure, test and deploy application enhancements, integrations and reports.
· Lead Internal Team and external vendors for software and system development.
· Provide Tier‑2 functional support and user training; troubleshoot incidents to root cause.
· Support and Maintain all organization systems.
· Champion SaaS ERP and other cloud solutions; work with external partners on green‑field projects, upgrades and integrations.
· Act as product owner / subject‑matter expert for assigned systems, ensuring continuous improvement aligns with strategic goals.
· Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics and executive sponsors across multiple geographies.
· Maintain Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies logs, status reports and steering‑committee packs; escalate risks with data‑driven recommendations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
· 5+ years in IT business analysis and system implementation, including hands‑on project‑management exposure.
· SDLC & Agile delivery frameworks; Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.
· Strong analytical and problem‑resolution skills; able to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
· Change‑management and stakeholder‑influencing capabilities across cultures.
· Application deployment & maintenance best practices.
· Working SQL and integration concepts knowledge.
· Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages advantageous.
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CBAP, PSM I or similar certification.
· Exposure to end‑to‑end business processes in sales, manufacturing, supply chain or finance.
· Track record in driving RPA / AI‑enabled automation initiatives.
