Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Proposal Engineer to support tender processes and system design proposals. The role involves reviewing technical specifications and liaising with equipment vendors for compliance. Ideal candidates will be diploma or degree holders in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with significant working experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years working experience for Diploma holders.
• At least 2-3 years working experience for Degree holders.
• Experience in offshore/onshore system integration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review tender technical specifications and prepare system design proposals.

Hiring: Proposal Engineer
Location: Loyang (With Company Transport in North East / East area)
Salary Range: $3500 - $5500

Job Summary:

• Review offshore and onshore tender technical specifications with Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager.

• Prepare system design proposals and tender documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and tender support as needed.

• Study technical specifications and develop system design proposals accordingly.

• Contact new or existing equipment vendors for technical and pricing details when required.

• Liaise closely with approved vendors to ensure system compliance.

• Prepare and compile tender documentation.

• Communicate with clients to address and clarify tender technical queries.

• Review system compliance and identify deviations from bid requirements.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Sales.

Educations / Experiences Requirement:

• Diploma holder preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of working experience.

• Degree holder preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 2-3 years of working experience.

• Working experience in offshore/onshore system integration will be an advantage.
