Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an individual to support laboratory testing and development while providing customer training and technical support. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field, along with at least three years of industry experience, primarily in customer-facing roles. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and maintaining strong customer relationships across APAC regions, with travel up to 30%.

- Strong understanding of Biology/Microbiology in pharma settings is a plus.

Working hours: Mon to Fri , Office hours
- Support laboratory testing, method development, and validation studies
- Provide technical training and application support to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and onboarding for clients
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Field Service teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across APAC
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and marketing support activities
- Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO 9001, cGMP, and company SOPs
- Travel up to 30% across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and distributors in APAC
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- Min. 3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of Biology/Microbiology in pharma settings is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
