Overview

As a Scientific Affairs Manager within Bio‑Rad’s Clinical Diagnostics Division, the candidate supports the execution of global scientific strategies to drive clinical adoption of Bio‑Rad’s technologies.

This role bridges science and communication—transforming complex research into impactful materials and collaborations that enhance Bio‑Rad’s scientific credibility worldwide.

What You Bring
  • Education : Bachelor’s in a relevant scientific discipline (molecular biology, immunology, or similar) required. MS / PHD preferred.
  • Work Experience : 3–5 years of relevant experience in scientific affairs, clinical applications, or related roles in diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare industries.
  • Foundational knowledge of clinical diagnostics, molecular biology, or immunology.
  • Proven capability to work cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and clinical teams.
  • Experience in field sales or clinical support environments is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to scientific communications or KOL engagement is preferred.
