A global technology company is seeking a legal professional in Singapore to support its legal functions. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal advice on regulations in APAC, and mentoring teams. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in payments or financial services, focusing on impactful relationships and effective project management. A collaborative approach to problem-solving is essential while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of in-house or firm experience in APAC focusing on payments or financial services.
- Proven experience in commercial contract structuring, drafting and negotiation.
- Experience advising on regulatory and licensing matters is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with clear communication.
Responsabilités
- Support the legal function within Wise to enhance business operations.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with partners in the payments sector.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters and governance initiatives.
- Mentor directors and teams to simplify legal processes.
