Job summary
A globally recognised law firm in Singapore is seeking a Paralegal to join their Structured Products team. This role includes managing structured securities issuances, tracking status updates, and supporting billing processes. A Bachelor's Degree in Law or Finance is required, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process complex information accurately. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial products are encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in legal or financial environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate structured securities issuances.
- Track and maintain status updates for active matters.
- Assist with billing processes and client queries.
- Support in the firm's knowledge management platform.

Education
We are working with a globally recognised law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join their Structured Products team in Singapore. Known for its innovative approach and deep sector expertise, the firm advises financial institutions on a wide range of transactional & regulatory mandates across various asset classes, including equities, FX, commodities, and interest rates.
- Manage and coordinate structured securities issuances from start to completion, including liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track and maintain status updates for active matters.
- Assists with billing processes and client administrative queries.
- Support in the firm's knowledge management platform.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field.
- Good pedigree with excellent communication skills in English, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process complex information accurately.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, particularly with Europe and Asia-based clients.
- Knowledge and interest in various financial products and instruments are ideal.
- Prior experience in a legal, financial, or regulatory environment is advantageous but not essential.
