Our client, one of the world's leading international law firms, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join its Singapore office. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex, cross-border disputes while contributing to a dynamic and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad caseload including commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigations, and financial crime
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients with professionalism and precision
- Draft and review legal documents to the highest standards
- Lead trial preparation and develop effective litigation strategies
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with partners and peers to drive team success
- Mentor junior lawyers and support their development
- Stay current on legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in litigation/arbitration from a reputable firm.
- Admitted to the Singapore Bar, New York Bar, or a common law jurisdiction
- Strong academic background and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Resilient, deadline-driven, and team-oriented
