APAC Paralegal & Contracts Specialist
Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced paralegal to manage legal contracts and provide support for corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment, exceptional communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Japanese is preferred, but not required. This role offers opportunities to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across legal and commercial divisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute positively to team efforts.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for NDAs globally and manage drafting.
- Assist with preparation and review of legal contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis as required.
