Descripción de la vacante
A legal advisory firm in Jurong West is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to draft and review contracts, provide legal advice on commercial issues, and support the establishment and liquidation of project offices. The ideal candidate has a degree in Law and 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with knowledge in construction law. Formación
- 4 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience in law.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsabilidades
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and render legal advice.
- Provide legal support on various commercial issues.
- Handle the establishment and liquidation of subsidiaries and branches.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels.

Educación
- Location: Jurong West
- Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days
- Working hours : 8am to 5:30pm
- Salary : Open to discuss
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents; and render legal advice
- Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
- Handle the setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation of such set up
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
- Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal matters
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Prerequisites:
- Degree in Law
- 4 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience, with knowledge of construction law and/or with experience in the construction industry
- Willing to travel when required
