Job summary

A law firm in Singapore seeks a legal assistant to draft legal documents, support transactions, and liaise with clients and authorities. Qualifications

  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of application deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including finance documents, security documents, corporate authorities, legal opinions, and agreements.
  • Support transactional work, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing matters, as well as conditions precedent and subsequent.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including KYC checks and matter file opening.
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and corresponding counsel where required.
  • Attend meetings and closings (physical and remote).
  • Conduct research and provide support to both corporate and litigation teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of application deadlines, submissions, and approvals.
