We are seeking two Senior Lawyers with at least 10 years of experience to join our Energy, Resources, and Infrastructure team in Singapore.
Our team engages in a diverse range of projects, project finance, general corporate, and private M&A work. We focus on the development and/or financing of energy and infrastructure assets with particular focus on datacentres, infrastructure, and resources sectors and collaborate extensively with clients in other sectors, including TMT and life sciences, across ASEAN and the broader APAC region. We are a close-knit team actively developing KWM’s market presence in Singapore, South/Southeast Asia, and the wider APAC region. We collaborate closely with colleagues in KWM’s other offices across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are enthusiastic about advancing KWM’s projects and M&A practice in Asia, collaborating with clients and colleagues in Singapore and cross-border, and being involved as senior team members in all aspects of our office life.
