Job summary
A leading marine service provider in Singapore is seeking a Service Technician / Site Supervisor to manage repair and installation projects. The ideal candidate has relevant hands-on experience in the marine industry, along with safety certifications. Responsibilities include coordinating workshop operations, planning manpower, and ensuring compliance. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary package including basic pay, overtime, and travel allowance.
Qualifications
- ITE or Diploma holder required.
- Hands-on experience in the marine industry preferred.
- Valid Class 3 / 4 license is advantageous.

Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine/ Offshore
- Position Title: Service Technician / Site Supervisor
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm
- Salary Package: Basic + OT + Travel Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the repair and installation projects (eg doors, windows etc).
- Manage the operations within the workshop.
- Plan the manpower allocation and deployment.
- Handle the safety and compliance requirements of the company.
- Assist to manage the operations team.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Requires at least an ITE/Diploma certificate or its equivalent.
- Relevant hands-on working experience in the marine industry with valid skills and/or safety certifications will be an advantage
- Have valid Class 3 / 4 license will be advantageous
- Able to work weekends if required.
