We're hiring for our client, Werkz Engineering (Holdings) Pte Ltd, a leading integrated engineering company established in 2015. Werkz Engineering provides comprehensive technical and manpower solutions, primarily serving the facilities and property management sector. They have strategically re‑positioned themselves as an integrated M&E expert, managing residential, industrial, and commercial establishments, and are committed to continuous innovation and excellence.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technician to join the team at Werkz Engineering. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining and operating M&E plant and equipment, ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' facilities.

• Report directly to the Building Manager, assigned assistants, or appointed Property Executives for all maintenance and operational duties related to M&E plant and equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs for M&E plant and equipment at client facilities.
• Address all maintenance work orders and tenant/owner complaints promptly and effectively.
• Conduct daily M&E plant and equipment checks, ensuring accurate records of operations, utility readings, and other relevant data.
• Oversee work and service contracts, ensuring proper execution according to terms and conditions.
• Supervise repairs and replacement works performed by contractors, sub‑contractors, and specialists, ensuring adherence to contract terms and prompt removal of debris.
• Maintain and update the inventory of building expendables (e.g., bulbs, silicone) and ensure timely replenishment when re‑order levels are met.
• Actively participate in training activities and programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Building Manager, his assistants, or appointed Property Executives.

• A proactive and responsible individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Prior experience in M&E maintenance is a plus.

Salary will commensurate with experience for Senior Technicians and Supervisors.
