Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to user calls, create work orders, and manage workflow distribution.
  • Assist and report to the FRC Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Monitor all FRC systems and report the status of alarms, faults, or equipment trips.
  • Handle the issuance and control of keys and Record of Faults (ROFs).
  • Update events, information, and data accurately in records and systems.
  • Respond to emergencies and major incidents promptly.
  • Notify and provide feedback to users and relevant personnel.
  • Operate in 12-hour rotating shifts.
Requirements
