• Conduct 6-monthly inspections of onsite electrical equipment.

Job description

Position: Onsite Technician

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate performs Preventive and reactive maintenance of IT and electronics equipment;
• IT troubleshooting and servers’ maintenance (runs patches and scripts, ensure hard disks data integrity and back-up);
• 6-monthly inspections of onsite electrical equipment;
• Rectification of IT systems and electronics components after fault;

The candidate broadly handles:

• Day-to-day maintenance technical aspects;
• IT/electronic related issues;
• Maintenance documents preparation and completeness.

Education

• ITE/ Diploma in IT field is preferred
• No specific experience required - on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic electric knowledge is a plus,
• Basic IT knowledge (Linux) is a plus.

Other Essential Attributes

• A working knowledge of English is essential.
• A hands-on and positive working attitude is essential;
• Willingness to take up ad-hoc duties as they may be assigned;
• Willingness to travel around Singapore.
• Customer-oriented approach is essential as daily customer site visits required.
