About the Client

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Responsibilities
  • Execute manufacturing tasks including machine building, assembly, electrical wiring, and fabrication.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and verifying test bench systems based on product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure optimal product integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of systems to ensure performance.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems (remote and onsite).
  • Deliver hardware/software support across server, network, and desktop environments.
  • Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting and implement OS-level technologies.
  • Document processes and share knowledge effectively.
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Provide training and support to team members to foster collaboration.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in customer technical support.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure environments.
  • Relevant knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults.
  • Experience in building laptops and understanding imaging processes.
  • Basic support skills for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
  • Basic printer troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and contribute innovative ideas.
