Job Description
- Provide onsite IT support to customers including troubleshooting, attending to break down calls and resolving their area of concern
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems and issues reported by customers
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, IT infrastructure, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user device issues, e.g. network, wifi, printing, security, etc.
- Provide management with timely and accurate report of end-user device health and security posture.
