About the RoleAs a Laboratory Technician, you will support the technical team in conducting rubber testing and analysis, performing equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining lab equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Position: Laboratory Technician
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
• Salary Range: SGD 2,000 to 2,400 per month
• Bonus Rewards: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and handle materials for testing
• Set up and operate machines for testing and analysis
• Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding
• Evaluate rubber properties and follow established SOPs
• Maintain lab equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and ensure housekeeping standards are met
• Update and maintain inventory records for materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Minimum O-Level or equivalent
• Experience: 1 year in a rubber inspection laboratory (preferred)

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with lab equipment
• Mechanical machine handling skills
• Computer literate
• Self-disciplined and independent
• Keen to work in a lab environment
