The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in administrative work for controlled drugs.
• Delivery of controlled drugs and high alert medications and topping up to AMCs at end user locations: OTs, clinics and centres.
• Work closely with end users in managing inventory in AMCs, expiry date monitoring and removal of expiring stocks from AMCs.
• On the job training in warehouse management system and eProc to support procurement and replenishment.
• Conduct routine audit check at non-pharmacy drug storage areas, Major OT.
• Maintain some departmental reports and collate statistical data as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
