Job description

White Horse Laboratories, an international quality control company for the electronics industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join the team at our Singapore lab. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tests and completing mechanical inspection processes on electronic components and assemblies with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receiving inspection. Ensure all parts received are according to the system.
  • Picking and packing for shipments according to industry standards.
  • Retaping components using the advanced machine system for packaging according to customer and industry standards.
  • Arranging bookings with forwarders for international and local shipments with proper documentation such as packing list and invoice.
  • Provide support to any operation works including external visual inspection, X‑ray, XRF, cross section, solder test and decap.
  • Support any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the department leader/manager.
  • Basic computer skills (Email – Excel – Words – PowerPoint).
  • Training will be provided.
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training, preferably as a physical‑technical assistant, electronics technician, or materials tester. Career changers / career entrants are welcome.
  • At least one year of experience in electronics (assembly, manufacturing, testing) or related field.
  • Good communication skills in the local language and English.
  • Confident handling of common software applications.
  • Willingness to participate in training and further education.
