Job summary
A leading financial services company in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing general ledgers, and assisting with audit matters. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, with experience in ERP systems preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process.
- Prepare and manage financial transactions and general ledgers.
- Ensure timely record of accounting transactions.

- Responsible for subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
- Prepare and manage financial transactions, general ledgers, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy
- Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and balance sheet schedules
- Assist with financial, tax and audit matters
- Prepare Quarterly GST reports
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA)
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience working with ERP system, and familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Navision System is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, and able to work independently
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
