We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of Japanese food establishment. The candidate should have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key accounts, particularly Japanese FMCG/food sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Focus on business development – new customers and new projects.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process, including leads generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, manage delivery timelines and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in FMCG/food industry.
  • Experience managing Japanese or retail customers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
