The Role

As a Digital Account Manager, you own the health, growth, and delivery of key client accounts.

You are the primary point of trust for clients and the person who sets direction internally. You’ll shape priorities, guide teams, and make sure work lands on time, on budget, and with impact.

This is not a coordination role. You are expected to think, decide, and lead.

Our work is increasingly AI‑enabled and culturally aware. You’ll have access to pro licences for leading AI tools, strong hardware, and a modern digital stack. We don’t prescribe how you work – we expect you to proactively find smarter, faster, better ways to plan, communicate, analyse, and deliver.

Success here comes from judgment, leverage, and clarity – not long hours.

What You’ll Own
  • End‑to‑end ownership of key client accounts
  • Senior client relationships and day‑to‑day decision‑making
  • Delivery quality across multiple disciplines and workstreams
  • Commercial performance – revenue, margin, and scope control
  • Leading conversations about what to do next – not just what was done
  • Improving how work is run, reviewed, and delivered over time

If something consistently slips, surprises people, or escalates late, you’re expected to fix the system – and you’ll have the mandate to do so.

Cultural & Platform Literacy (This Matters)

You’re expected to be natively fluent in today’s digital landscape.

That means you:

  • Actively use and understand platforms like Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, X, LINE, Lemon8, and others
  • Pay attention to how culture, behaviour, and formats are evolving
  • Understand how brands show up – and fail – in these spaces
  • Can translate what’s happening in the zeitgeist into meaningful conversations with clients

You won’t be the deepest subject‑matter expert in every channel – we have specialists for that. But you lead the charge: setting direction, asking the right questions, and connecting cultural insight to business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management within a digital or integrated agency
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and owning commercial outcomes
  • Strong judgment and presence in senior client conversations
  • Clear, structured communicator – especially when things get messy
  • Comfortable experimenting with tools, processes, and new ways of working
  • Digitally and culturally literate; curious about how people, platforms, and technology are evolving
  • Able to operate independently, while collaborating deeply with specialists
