Debt Finance Legal Assistant – Cross-Border Practice
Job summary
A leading global law firm in Singapore is seeking associates to join its market-leading Debt Finance team on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves advising on cross-border financings and requires a qualified lawyer with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong technical knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and commercial acumen are critical for success. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive yet ambitious environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional legal advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in cross border banking.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent client relationships skills required.
Responsibilities
- Advise on cross-border financings across Southeast Asia, India, and broader Asia Pacific.
- Develop creative and pragmatic solutions and advice for clients.
