Job summary
A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Outbound Call Agent to handle customer inquiries and payment follow-ups related to hospital bills. Candidates should have relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This position offers a monthly salary between SGD 2000 to SGD 2800 and requires working from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Qualifications
- Relevant experiences in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel).
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills.
- General customer service duties.
