About The Role

As an Associate, you will be expected to focus on advancing client relationships, creating and analysing financial models, creating client presentations and transaction support.

Responsibilities
  • Gather company data and operating information on companies
  • Evaluate market data and perform financial modelling to analyse trends and help value companies
  • Prepare and present M&A opportunities and business strategy materials for clients
  • Be actively involved in execution of high-profile and prominent transactions in the Asia Pacific region
Qualifications
  • Degree from a leading university in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
  • Previous investment banking experience in deal/transaction support preferred; M&A experience from Big 4 Accounting Firms (or similar) will be considered
  • Technically sound with practical financial modelling skills
  • An analytical mindset with solid knowledge of accounting, financial and operational concepts
  • Commitment to delivery of highest quality work product
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent team player with demonstrated good management skills
