Job Description

As a trainee of the wealth management team, you will be work well with other team members and assist them to pursue the team goals in terms of client acquisition, client maintenance, client documentation, and any other supporting roles.

Responsibilities

  • Support all tasks/activities needed within the wealth management team
  • Partner with the team to achieve ultimate goal of the team
  • Help to create documents in English, Japanese, and possibly Chinese for client and for internal meetings
  • Coordinate with affiliate entities of Mizuho group globally
  • To attend client meetings with team members

Role Prerequisites

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in private banking
  • Ability to complete necessary analysis and to create documentations related to clients’ account
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced knowledge of financial analysis required
  • Ability to foster and maintain an initial level of wealth management relationship with high level of competency
  • Able to communicate clearly with the team and to work as a team
  • Speaking/writing fluency in English and Japanese is mandatory due to liaison with Japanese clients and internal stakeholders in Tokyo head office
