We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst with prior experience in investment banking or transaction advisory/valuation to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior management in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and preparing strategic recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modelling
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
  • Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies.
Transaction Support
  • Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare pitch books, investment memorandum, and client presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Market & Industry Research
  • Perform in-depth industry and company research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with bankers and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Support investor relations and contribute to strategic communications with clients and partners.
Qualification
Education

Experience
