A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an FCC Director to oversee Financial Crime Compliance across the business. The role demands over 10 years of experience in compliance, particularly in financial crime within brokerage environments. Responsibilities include implementing AML/CFT processes, monitoring transactions, and managing stakeholder relationships. This is a substantial opportunity for those ready for a new challenge in 2025.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compliance, especially in FCC and account opening.
- Strong experience in financial crime compliance within brokerage or wealth management.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Oversee all FCC matters across Singapore.
- Implement and enhance AML/CFT/Sanctions processes.
- Monitor high-risk transactions and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure AML policies comply with regulatory developments.
- Investigate alerts and red flags related to compliance.

Formation
My client is a Wealth and Investment Bank and we are looking for a FCC Director in Singapore. Reporting up to the Regional Head, you will be overseeing all FCC matters across Singapore.
- Subject matter expert for all FCC Compliance policies and framework within the business
- Implement and enhance the AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti Bribery related processes
- Monitor any high risk transactions and perform Risk assessments for the business
- Assess the impact of the Risk profile, and mitigate any gaps within the business
- Monitor any changes in regulatory developments and ensure the AML policies are in line with laws and regulations
- Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc
- At least 10 years of experience in Compliance – ideally with FCC and Account opening experience
- A Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Strong in Financial Crime Compliance – ideally in a brokerage or wealth management business.
- Experience in a regulated financial services firm
- Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
