Job summary
A healthcare advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Clinic Assistant to support daily operations and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting the Clinic Manager, handling appointment scheduling, managing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate should be professional and dedicated to patient care and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the clinic.
- Provide support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director.
- Handle front-line customer service including appointment scheduling.
- Manage administrative tasks related to insurance claims.
- Liaise with patients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in clinic licenses maintenance.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9:00am – 5:00pm), Sat (9:00am – 1.00pm)
Salary range: $2400 - $3,000
Location: Mt Elizabeth Hospital, Orchard
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the clinic to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
- Provide support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the smooth running of the assigned clinic.
- Handle all aspects of front-line customer service, including cashiering, appointment scheduling, registration, and responding to patient enquiries.
- Manage administrative tasks related to insurance claims, Medisave transactions, and Letters of Guarantee (LOGs).
- Liaise with patients, vendors, suppliers, and relevant local regulatory authorities as required.
- Assist in the renewal and maintenance of relevant clinic licenses and documentation.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director to support clinic operations.
