Clinic Assistant

Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9:00am – 5:00pm), Sat (9:00am – 1.00pm)
Salary range: $2400 - $3,000
Location: Mt Elizabeth Hospital, Orchard

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the clinic to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Provide support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the smooth running of the assigned clinic.
  • Handle all aspects of front-line customer service, including cashiering, appointment scheduling, registration, and responding to patient enquiries.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to insurance claims, Medisave transactions, and Letters of Guarantee (LOGs).
  • Liaise with patients, vendors, suppliers, and relevant local regulatory authorities as required.
  • Assist in the renewal and maintenance of relevant clinic licenses and documentation.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director to support clinic operations.
