Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a consultant to manage onboarding, offboarding, and leave management processes. The ideal candidate will be familiar with work pass applications and report generation. This contract role lasts for 9 months, offering a salary of up to $4000. Qualifications
- Experience with onboarding new hires and document verification.
- Knowledge of leave management processes.
- Familiarity with work pass applications.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification.
- Manage maternity, paternity, and marriage leaves.
- Handle offboarding processes.
Salary: up to $4000
Duration: 9 months
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Raffles
- Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification
- Leave Management – Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc
- Offboarding
- Work pass applications (new and renewals)
- Letters generation (E.g. personal visa letters for travel, ICA PR documents, Certification of Employment that cannot be generated from DarwinBox)
- Report generation /data provision for any adhoc requests
- Statutory Surveys
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
