Overview

Salary: up to $4000

Duration: 9 months

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Raffles

Responsibilities

1. Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification
2. Leave Management – Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc
3. Offboarding
4. Work pass applications (new and renewals)
5. Letters generation (E.g. personal visa letters for travel, ICA PR documents, Certification of Employment that cannot be generated from DarwinBox)
6. Report generation /data provision for any adhoc requests
7. Statutory Surveys
8. Any other adhoc duties as assigned
