Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead large-scale government projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with a background in Computer Science or IT. Responsibilities include collaborating with product teams to ensure project success, analyzing performance metrics, and managing change requests. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing an opportunity to contribute to significant digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish metrics and build dashboards to measure performance.
- Analyze product performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate change requests and ensure resource appropriateness.

Education
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to drive the delivery of large scale Government Projects.
- Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
- Hybrid Work Arrangement.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews, facilitate sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives, and track development pace to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish key success factors, develop metrics, and build dashboards to track performance—enabling clear measurement of outcomes and alignment with goals.
- Analyze product performance after launch, identify areas for enhancement, and facilitate iterative improvements to drive ongoing value.
- Evaluate the impact of change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure requests are actionable and resource-appropriate.
- Min 2 years’ experience required, Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
- Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering clear idea pitching and effective stakeholder alignment.
- Prior experience in Government Projects and IM8 is highly advantageous.
