What you will be working on:
  • Strengthen the Board’s risk governance by designing and implementing risk management policies, frameworks and tools.
  • Drive strategic foresight by identifying emerging risks, translating complex risk landscapes into clear insights, and providing actionable intelligence that enhances the Board’s situational awareness and preparedness.
  • Act as a trusted risk partner to business units across the organisation, providing risk advisory support that enables robust risk management.
  • Build organisational capability by developing programmes and initiatives that strengthen in‑house risk expertise, while fostering a proactive, positive risk culture throughout the organisation.
  • Provide secretariat support for the Board’s Risk Management Committee.
What we are looking for:
  • Relevant experience in enterprise risk management, risk advisory, or governance roles within complex organisations.
  • Experience in analytical and problem‐solving capabilities with the ability to synthesise complex information, identify key issues and develop practical solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance structures, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the public sector environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
  • Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experience. Position is on a 1‑year full‑time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for placement into a permanent position.
