Job summary
A technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional for technical support of SAP S/4 HANA GROW and RISE installations. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of SAP cloud technologies. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day technical support, managing system configurations, and developing cloud architectures. Relevant certifications in SAP BTP are a plus. Excellent communication skills are required to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of working experience with SAP S/4 HANA GROW and RISE.
- At least 1 GROW and 1 RISE implementation project experience.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and API management tools.

This position is part of the Group Technology & Operations, Enterprise Systems team. You will be responsible for the technical/architectural roadmap, configuration and monitoring of our S/4 HANA GROW and RISE installations.
- Technical support of our SAP S/4HANA GROW and RISE environments
- Technical monitoring of integrations
- Build and maintain custom applications on SAP BTP
- Configure, enhance and upgrade SAP S/4HANA GROW and RISE applications
- Provide day-to-day support on various technical and infrastructure issues
- Handle tasks including problem resolution, request fulfilment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support
- Manage system configuration and user access/security in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies
- Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes
- Be our trusted advisor on all technological aspects of SAP S/4 HANA GROW and RISE conversions and upgrades
- SAP BTP Expertise: Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging various SAP BTP components such as:
- SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management)
- SAP Extension Suite (Business Application Studio, CAP, RAP)
- SAP HANA Cloud
- SAP Business Application Studio
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and manage security best practices on BTP including data protection, authentication, and authorization
- Lead IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service) migrations and integrations, ensuring secure and compliant identity management across platforms
- Provide expertise in user provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations, and seamless identity federation
- Manage roles, authorizations, and access control across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
- Cloud Architecture: Develop scalable and resilient cloud architectures on SAP BTP, integrating with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications
- 3+ years of working experience and practical knowledge of the technical support of the various SAP S/4 HANA GROW and RISE landscapes as well as its associated cloud technologies such as SAP BTP, ALM, IAS, etc.
- At least 1 GROW and 1 RISE with SAP implementation project experience
- Experience in the BTP and all components
- Experience in SAP security concepts
- Knowledge of API management tools
- Working experience with the following: XML web service, REST, SFTP, Java Script
- BADI and ABAP experience - preferably on SAP Cloud Platform
- Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests
- Excellent communication skills (written /verbal) with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users
- University degree in Information Technology or related
- SAP BTP Certification is a plus
- Relevant certifications in security and cloud architecture (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP BTP, SAP Certified Application Associate)
