Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to drive the delivery of large scale Government Projects.

• Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
• Hybrid Work Arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews, facilitate sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives, and track development pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish key success factors, develop metrics, and build dashboards to track performance—enabling clear measurement of outcomes and alignment with goals.
• Analyze product performance after launch, identify areas for enhancement, and facilitate iterative improvements to drive ongoing value.
• Evaluate the impact of change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure requests are actionable and resource-appropriate.

Requirements

• Min 2 years’ experience required, Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
• Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering clear idea pitching and effective stakeholder alignment.
• Prior experience in Government Projects and IM8 is highly advantageous.
