[The Role]

This role will be primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition (80%) and Employee Relations (20%) ; reporting directly to the Director and General Manager. There will be ample opportunities to learn with room to grow in a fast, hypergrowth environment.

• Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange & conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members

• Ensure that on/off board documents and requirements are accurate

• Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants

• Source and recruit candidates by using various recruitment portals or social media

• Communicate with hiring managers regarding the status of the recruiting process

• Utilise test assessments tools to profile & select potential candidates

• Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

• Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties

• Employee Relations (20%)

• Research and propose creative strategies of improving the company’s culture – organise & liaise with external companies whenever necessary for company events/ activities, e.g. movie nights, sports activities

• Upkeep of a highly engaged, positive and transparent work environment for the employees by fostering a sense of community and team building

• Manage and address employees' work-related queries

• Make team members' well-being a priority – be flexible, passive and a listening ear when receiving feedback

• Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties

[The Type Of Person We're Looking For]

• Initiative, meticulous and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound recommendations
• Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
